In his article "The Dangers Of 'Dialogue'," Rod Dreher quotes the Brothers Of Charity board (a lay organization that opposes the BOC religious order) that runs psychiatric hospitals in Belgium: "The Organization of the Brothers of Charity continues to stand by its vision statement on euthanasia for mental suffering in a non-terminal situation. "In recent weeks, paths have been explored to get both parties to the table. However, this has not yet produced any results. In the meantime, we will continue to request establishing a dialogue [emphasis mine — rd] so that we would have a chance to explain our vision statement and our argumentation." This article begins by describing as effort to gain Vatican approval of euthanizing mentally disturbed but not terminally ill patients. The article then goes on to describe how another Roman Catholic seminary dean tries to normalize homosexual acts among the students, then tells about "Jesuit Father James Martin, the affable and telegenic Catholic priest whose new book advocates dialogue between the institutional Church and LGBT Catholics." Whenever you hear leftists say: "let's establish a dialogue" or "we need to have a conversation" - BEWARE! What they really mean is: "Let us browbeat you with a barrage of high-sounding nonsense until you finally give in to our position just so that we'll stop assaulting your eardrums." Then the article concludes with a really funny example of a high school student who cheated on an exam asking for a "dialogue" with his parents about it.
