Transgender Ideology Is Riddled With Contradictions. Here Are the Big Ones.

In his article "Transgender Ideology Is Riddled With Contradictions. Here Are the Big Ones.," Ryan Anderson writes - "People say that we live in a postmodern age that has rejected metaphysics. That's not quite true. We live in a postmodern age that promotes an alternative metaphysics. As I explain in 'When Harry Became Sally,' at the heart of the transgender moment are radical ideas about the human person — in particular, that people are what they claim to be, regardless of contrary evidence. A transgender boy is a boy, not merely a girl who identifies as a boy.

"It's understandable why activists make these claims. An argument about transgender identities will be much more persuasive if it concerns who someone is, not merely how someone identifies. And so the rhetoric of the transgender moment drips with ontological assertions: People are the gender they prefer to be. That's the claim."

What does all this mean? See what's on the shirt of the girl in the middle: "CIS HET SCUM" - in other words, normal people who raised this current generation are now "SCUM" and the Les/Gay/Bi/Trans/Queer folks who won't raise the next generation are now the norm. Trouble is, they will be the last: there won't be any more people on earth after them. You see, it takes a male "SCUM" and a female "SCUM" to reproduce, and these new "normals" refuse to recognize this basic fact.

As the author points out, this is a fundamental denial of physical reality: the only things that are real are what you imagine yourself to be: you are not your body. But this is a false gnostic dualism. And yet, these folks also believe that only stuff that exists is material reality: that's just one of the basic contradictions in their confused thinking.

Reading Anderson's book will enable you to see the many logical contradictions in the LGBTQ worldview, which is a load of high-sounding, pseudo-intellectual talk that is ultimately nonsense. The problem is, many seemingly intelligent people are falling for it because it sounds smart: a physicist once wrote an article full of academic jargon that denied physical reality... and an academic journal published it - see the Sokal Hoax.

But now it's not a prank: Kathleen McCartney wrote this article in the Boston Globe saying that motherhood is just a "social construct" and women should just "get over it" so they can move ahead with their careers. Do you really think the next generation can be manufactured by cloning test-tube babies, because motherhood is merely a cultural invention? Get real! But watch out, friends, because these folks have taken control of higher education, the mass media, politics, and are passing laws to force these absurdities on the rest of us!
