Get Your Life On Track

Click on this thumbnail photo to see how we as private citizens and volunteers through churches and other charitable organizations can appeal to spiritual and moral principles in our efforts to motivate the unemployed and disabled to "Get Their Lives On Track" and find jobs. Because the First Amendment won't allow "an establishment of religion," the government can't invoke spiritual and moral principles. But we can!

But the First Amendment specifically protects our "free exercise" of religion, so we mustn't let ourselves be painted into a corner when the Leftists and secularists use phrases like "Don't try to shove your religion down other people's throats!" We are not shoving anything down others' throats, we are freely exercising our First Amendment right to express our religious beliefs in the public square. And don't let them confuse "the public square" with "the public sector" - they're just manipulating the language.

Also, when comparing the private sector to the public sector, almost always the private sector delivers its services more efficiently and effectively. So we need to let the churches and other private charitable organizations take back the charitable works that the government has usurped.
